Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating common pediatric illnesses, providing preventive care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our young patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations of pediatric patients
- Assess and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed
- Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on various health topics
- Monitor growth and development milestones
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric healthcare
Qualifications:
- Valid Pediatric Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatrics
